With this song by Sarah Slean , its called 'I Know' and I'll be man enough to say that it almost brought a tear to my eye (that would be an understatement but I'm not looking to destroy my reputation, if any)

After the song started playing on my Winamp , I ceased whatever I was doing and listened a bit more,

This was followed by me acquiring the lyrics, and then immersing myself into a quiet state of rapture , much like I do for the few other songs that really caught my attention.
